The authors of the accepted papers will be kindly asked to adjust their papers’ format to the editorial requirements of the appropriate journal.

Some of the papers will be published after the conference (1st quarter of the 2016).

Conference fees

The fee for the conference participation with the paper publication is EUR 300 and covers participation in sessions, conference materials, publishing costs and lunch.

The fee for conference participation without publication is EUR 75 and includes admission to the sessions, conference materials and lunch.

In the case of rejection of the paper for publication, organizational fee is EUR 50.

For paper’s co-authors participating in the conference, only one full fee is required (EUR 300), for other authors is the reduced fee (EUR 75).

We do not accept papers without the participation at the conference.
